PUK SCHARBAU

​Puk is a danish actress, based in Copenhagen and trained at the Odense Theatre School of Drama, from which she graduated in 1993.

Puk won the Danish critics as well as the Danish Film Union awards for best leading actress for her performance in “Kun en Pige" in her very first year as a professional actress. As part of the cast in the award winning Danish tv-series "The Bridge”, playing Martin Rhode’s wife Mette.

Puk has also caught international attention. Over the years she has had parts in several other of the Danish Broadcasting Corporation's award winning tv-series such as The Killing, Taxi and Unit One. 

Puk is also a dedicated stage performer, with a curiosity that crosses borders. She has been a temporarily member of the NY based  SITI company, founded by Obey award winning director Anne Bogart. She made her debut in "The Medium" touring Japan and the US.

In the recent years Puk has been part of a variety of productions at the theatre scene in Copenhagen, from small back yard productions to the Royal Danish Theatre.

Born with a high level of curiosity,

Puk also holds a Academic degree and has headed up her own succesfull business within leadership development and business training since 2002.
