Marcus is a Danish born actor, one time ROBERT nominee (the ROBERT is the Danish Academy Award), based in Copenhagen, but working around the world. His professional education as an actor, a musician, and as a dancer has taken place in USA, UK, Ghana and Denmark. Marcus has been an artist most of his life. From the age of seven he started dancing ballet at the Royal Danish Ballet Theatre, which took him to many parts of the world touring with the company. Later in life he toured as a musician and now as an actor. He has been known to radically change looks by putting on or losing a lot of weight and training hard for different parts. He does his own stunts, horse riding, free-diving and fighting on screen - that being sword fighting, fist fighting and gun handling, martial arts etc. Recent credits include parts in: “The Story of Denmark” with Lars Mikkelsen, “Ligeglad” (Icelandic tv-comedy) and lately a “Virgin Mobile campaign” for Ireland.
